Welcome to James Kittow Butcher & Grazier of Kilhallon, home to Mr Kittow’s Famous Sausage Co.

We are makers of Award winning sausages & Hogs Pudding and producers and purveyors of finest Cornish quality meats.

We run our own small herd of Pedigree Red Ruby beef cattle on the original farm from where our great great grandad started it all in the late 1800’s!

Meet the Maker 

kittows butcher and grazer James Kittow Butcher & Grazier at Kilhallon is run by James Kittow who lives on the farm along with his wife Jane and their two children Jenny & William.

We are 5th generation Cornish family Butchers. Established in 1880, we have our own farm where we graze our pedigree herd of Red Rubies. On site at Kilhallon is our fully licenced export approved cutting plant, which also boasts as home to Mr. Kittow’s Famous Sausage Co.

We are committed to responsible production practices and environmental management.
