Lynher Dairies, owned by Catherine Mead, is situated in the small village of Ponsanooth in mid Cornwall.
We are the sole producers of Cornish Kern, a Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards, the iconic nettle-wrapped Cornish Yarg, Wild Garlic Yarg and buttery Stithians.
All our cheeses are made by hand in open vats from the creamy milk produced by our own Ayrshires and other carefully selected herds.
