The Cornish Cheese Company is based on the edge of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall.
We have been producing award winning artisan cheeses for 20 years. We produce Cornish Blue, a soft creamy blue cheese made from cows milk and Cornish Nanny, a soft blue goats cheese. We will also be producing some soft wash rinded cheeses including Cornish Brie.

Meet the Maker 

Cornish Blue Cheese Philip Stansfield moved to Cornwall from his family dairy farm in Cheshire and started a new family business, The Cornish Cheese Company in 2001.

Philip started making Cornish Blue Cheese, which was very successful achieving The Best Cheese in the world in 2010. He then added another cheese, Cornish Nanny, a blue goats cheese that has also achieved many awards.

He is now developing some new soft white cheeses.
