Hi, we're Felicity & John Richards.

After growing up and working on family farms and with a passion for protecting the natural environment, we set up The Green Waste Company in 2006 to recycle green and wood waste from Cornwall into useful products.

From this BLACKGOLD was born. Now a company in its own right, the aim is to ‘Keep Cornwall Beautiful’ by supplying peat free compost for both commercial and residential purposes.
