 A love of the sea and its contrasting coasts and the countryside found in the South West of England is Jayne’s  main inspiration when creating her pieces from coils and slabbed clay . From rough dark cliffs to shifting sands, estuaries and moorland the textures are used on her vessels and bases, are unique and evocative. 

Her other love are plant seed heads which although decorative are created with wildlife overwintering in mind.
