Our journey starts back in 1886 when master baker, John Cooper Furniss opened his first teashop in the Cornish city of Truro, where he would work every night into the small hours preparing delicious gingerbreads and celebrated Cornish Fairings ready to serve the next day. Some 135 years on, still baking biscuits with the same passion as Mr Furniss himself, we create unique and exceptional biscuits for the enjoyment of today’s consumers.
