Silco is a drinks company with its own harbourside bar and kitchen in Cornwall producing some of the finest Cornish gin and spirits in the county.
Our secret ingredient is the one flavour that’s never been captured. The energy of St.Ives. Our home town. It’s calm and chaos. Vibrant summers and bone cold winters, a still harbour and a wild Atlantic, all-night parties and peaceful walks, it’s all here. A creative town full of contrasts and contradictions – just like us.

All Silco products come in a super lightweight 50cl bottle, designed to use 30% less glass than a standard UK spirits bottle. Our products are plastic free, using wood pulp cellulose tamper seals, FSC certified paper labels, plant based inks and plant based varnishes. They’re also produced right here in Cornwall, using fresh ingredients, and no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.

In 2016, inspired by many late nights in their beachside bar, the three Thompson brothers put their heads together to create a liquor company that had flavour, quality and original character at its heart – and St Ives Liquor Co was born.
