Bude-based Shop Cornish member Budeful has launched a delightful new silver Cornish jewellery collection – with all pieces expertly made in Cornwall from British recycled silver.
This exciting new project has been brought to market by Budeful owner Netty Wilson, who approached designer Jo Bridson to assist her. Jo began the intricate task of working on each piece, with the result being this premier Cornish jewellery collection. With Budeful’s ethical values firmly at the core, each piece has been painstakingly hand crafted to offer the quality they both desire.
“It’s been a long-held dream of mine to create a premier jewellery collection” says Netty “and I’m so lucky to be working with Jo, who is as passionate about quality as I am.”
So where does this talented duo find the inspiration to create such beautiful pieces?
“Our inspiration comes from some of the key locations in the area” says Netty “which echo the sentiments of living by the coast. From Art Deco style sunbeams to the Storm Tower overlooking Summerleaze beach, these introductory pieces showcase our stunning locations and sentiments beautifully.”
Keeping to their ethical values, the team have also ensured that all packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable, but still retains a luxury high end feel. Their eye-catching logo for the jewellery collection was designed by Mr Lindsay Comens of Too Much Black Coffee Design.
With more design ideas in the pipeline, the creative team behind this project will be kept very busy in the months to come. Netty added “Customer ideas and feedback are always welcome. This can assist in the design process and help with expanding the collection. Who knows, there may be several customer suggestions that make it onto the website and even onto the shelves in the Budeful Store.”
This Cornwall based business has shown us that with an ever increasing and stylish product range, it is possible to own something Budeful that never costs the earth. You can follow them on Facebook or Instagram or find jewellery from Cornwall and Cornish Gifts on the Budeful website.
